Our IAs are involved throughout the entire creative process, from discovery and research all the way through development.  This means working alongside designers, developers, and any number of client stakeholders to socialize designs and build consensus.  We’re looking for senior-level individuals: talented designers who’ve matured into true consultants who can listen and lead.

You’re a Visual Designer who knows how PSDs translate to browsers and devices. Creating user flows, wireframes, and service diagrams sounds exciting because you understand design is more than decoration. You want to work on a team where everyone makes each other better. You’re really good in front of clients and you like presenting your own work.

Bonus points if your portfolio includes some dynamic web applications and ecommerce sites (as opposed to only brochure-ware websites) and/or you like writing HTML & CSS.

• Designing, implementing, documenting, and testing Web-based applications
• Gathering and clarifying requirements and business needs directly from clients
• Participating in design and code reviews
• Working on a variety of projects with small technical teams

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of development experience
• Experience developing ASP.NET applications in C# or VB.NET
• Development experience with enterprise-level relational databases (SQL, stored procedures)
• Strong understanding of object oriented design and programming principles
