Ecommerce Service Map
Before this billion dollar retailer was ready for ecommerce, they consulted us about how to design and implement a “site to store” program. We immediately recognized the deeper challenge: How do we take what could feel like a handicapped ecommerce experience and instead make it feel like an augmentation to the in-store experience? This service map detailed the emotional journey of their online customers and the supporting features and systems we’d need to provide to ensure conversion.
EFA Processing
EFA Processing is a business processing outsourcing company. They need to reach the toughest kind of customer - the customer that doesn’t know they need you yet. We designed a website that would both inspire and educate their target audience.
Liberty Now
LibertyNow helps people get out of debt. In 2009 they saw an opportunity to revolutionize the debt settlement industry by empowering people with web-based tools and an online support community.
We provided the branding, visual style, and information architecture for the original corporate web presence and their flagship product—Liberty Bridge. We developed the custom application powering Liberty Bridge and integrating with multiple 3rd party web services including the CRM platform managing user registrations, customer accounts, and billing.
My Coach Max
MyCoachMax is a simple web-based collaboration tool for tracking the intent and results of coaching. Coaches can centralize all client meetings, actions, notes, and files in one place, and share access with their clients for convenient collaboration and tracking.
We architected, designed, and developed this application. Hands-on from beginning to end.
Picture People
Picture People is a national portrait studio chain with over 200 locations designed to help capture life’s most meaningful moments. The Captura team worked with The Picture People to redesign the customer web site.
Our efforts included navigation and information architecture design, adding a Content Management System (CMS) that enabled nontechnical employees to make content updates, providing a user experience that is conducive to mobile devices, and applying the customer’s brand in a consistent fashion.

Travel Website Interface Design
